We all dream of the perfect labour.
I know what it feels like for that dream not to become a reality.
It can leave you feeling like you’ve already failed your baby, and some deep code of mother-earth-hood.
The reality is, life is messy. Labour can be messy. And we can only do our best in any given situation.
It can also leave you feeling like things are out of your control.
You can take back some control though, and detox the side effects labour drugs may have had on you or your baby.
I’ve put some brief details below of the four common remedies in this category. I’ve only put the real highlight symptoms here. It’s always good practice to research more about the remedy before giving it (see my reference library for details of where – click here). If in doubt contact a medical professional.
